The term ‘INTTRVU’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to ‘INTTRVU LEARNING PLATFORM LLP’ whose company registration number is ACB-9489. The term ‘you’ refers to the user/ viewer/ subscriber/student of training programs.
Content Ownership and Copyright Conditions of Access
Your copying, distributing, displaying, reproducing, modifying, or in any other way using of the INTRRVU content in any manner not specified in these terms of service, will be a violation of copyright and other intellectual property rights and INTTRVU reserves its rights under applicable law accordingly.
Service(s) provided to Users
INTTRVU allows its users to access (live or recorded or both as applicable for the particular course ) various training programs on data analytics, data science, ai and computer sciences designed by INTTRVU for undergraduates and professionals, and any other program or application that INTTRVU introduces from time to time (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Service(s)” or “INTTRVU Service(s)” and each of these training programs shall be referred to as a “Program” and collectively as “Programs”). INTTRVU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add, change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time. Your continued use of INTTRVU Services following the posting of any changes to the same (including the addition or removal of features) constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Any information you provide to us for the purposes of registering and setting up your account (as specified below) shall be considered as accurate, complete, and updated. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for maintaining the security of your account and any information you input.
Refund Policy
We do not have a refund policy. All payments made to INTTRVU LEARNING PLATFORM LLP are non-refundable.
As each program has a fixed number of enrollments, every seat is allocated upon admission. Once enrolled, your participation occupies a reserved spot that could have been offered to another learner. Therefore, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances, as each enrollment directly affects batch planning, trainer allocation, and resource management.
For recorded and self-paced programs, access to digital materials is granted immediately upon enrollment. Since access to the complete set of resources cannot be revoked once provided, refunds are not applicable.
We do not provide refunds for lack of usage, dissatisfaction with the Program, or for any other reason.
It is the sole responsibility of the user enrolling in a Program to verify the accuracy, suitability, and relevance of the chosen Program in relation to their current job profile, career objectives, and future goals.
Customers are not entitled to a refund if they withdraw from or discontinue access to a Program after enrollment
Placement Assistance
We will provide Placement Assistance upon successful completion of the course, which includes: Submitting the Capstone Projects Clearing the Mock Interview Learners who do not fulfill these conditions will not be eligible for placement assistance.
Certification
You will receive the Program Certificate only upon successful completion of the course, which includes: Submission of all assignments, Submission of the Capstone Projects
NASSCOM Certification
To obtain the NASSCOM Certificate, learners must successfully clear the NASSCOM assessment.
Batch Change Policy
1. One-Time Batch Change: Learners are allowed one free batch change within 30 days from the start date of their initially assigned batch. This request will be reviewed and approved by the management only if there is a genuine reason.
2. Chargeable Batch Change (After 30 Days): Any batch change request made after 30 days but within 90 days of the batch start date will be considered chargeable. The batch change fee is ₹10,000.
3. No Batch Change (After 90 Days): If more than 90 days have passed since the batch start date, no batch change will be allowed. In such cases, learners will need to take a new enrollment to continue.
Job Guarantee Disclaimer
INTTRVU designs its programs to be industry-relevant and skill-focused, enhancing employability and practical knowledge. However, INTTRVU does not provide any job guarantee upon completion of any program. Employment outcomes depend on individual effort, performance, and external job market factors.
